Charles Gastón & Associates, Inc. is headed by Charles J. Gastón, the firm's president. Mr. Gastón worked with the Small Business Administration for over 29 years. He served in numerous capacities in the agency, starting as special assistant to the first associate administrator for Minority Small Business. He also served as the director of the SBA office responsible for the production of the SBA's highly successful business publications. He culminated his career with the SBA as the district director of the agency's Baltimore, Maryland district office, then of the Richmond, Virginia district office. These offices have long held the reputation of operating the most successful 8(a) Business Development Programs in the agency.
